This policy explains what InsureCompare.ae collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to help you compare cover and respond to your enquiry.
When you use a quote or contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, the cover you are interested in and your emirate. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial account numbers, passwords or government ID numbers.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to help you compare suitable cover, including passing them to an insurer or partner only when you ask us to request a quote. We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed through our form provider, FormSubmit, which delivers them to our inbox.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not place advertising trackers.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@insurecompare.ae. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
